Hyaluronic acid filler is a volumising treatment: it is used to restore facial volumes (cheekbones, lips, contours) and soften static wrinkles. Botulinum toxin does not add volume; it works by temporarily relaxing the facial muscles responsible for expression lines (forehead, glabella, eye area), helping to smooth their appearance. The two treatments may be combined by the specialist according to the characteristics of each face.

Treatments are performed with very fine needles or micro-cannulas and are generally well tolerated (the products often already contain a small amount of local anaesthetic). After the session, mild and temporary redness or small bruises may appear at the injection site; these can usually be covered with make-up and tend to resolve within a few days.

The released fat is then processed naturally by the body through the lymphatic system and the kidneys. For this reason, in MediSport Center protocols, cavitation is usually combined with manual lymphatic drainage or LPG® sessions to support the drainage of the mobilised lipids.

Permanent make-up (aesthetic micropigmentation) is a specialised technique that introduces bio-resorbable pigments into the superficial layer of the dermis using ultra-fine single-use needles, to redefine eyebrows, lips and eyes. How long the result lasts depends on skin cell turnover, sun exposure and lifestyle: it generally ranges between 12 and 18 months. To keep the effect well defined, a periodic touch-up session is recommended, usually once a year.

Paramedical dermopigmentation of the areola is a corrective treatment that can support the psychophysical recovery journey after breast surgery (mastectomy, quadrantectomy or corrective surgery). Through the study of light and shade and chromatic realism techniques, the appearance of the areola and nipple is visually recreated. The treatment is carried out in coordination with the patient’s treating physicians.

The treatment is generally well tolerated: it is perceived as mild discomfort or a slight local tingling, with variations depending on individual skin sensitivity. The use of precision electronic equipment minimises skin trauma and vibrations, making the session comfortable throughout all its stages.

Microblading is performed with a manual tool fitted with micro-blades and is mainly suited to normal or dry skin; on oily or thick skin it can fade quickly or leave small scars. Dermopigmentation instead uses an electric dermograph that introduces the colour in a controlled way through millimetric pulses: it is a versatile technique, suitable for all skin types, including the hair-stroke effect.

Yes, through scar camouflage treatment: skin-coloured pigments, selected according to the patient’s phototype, are introduced into the scar tissue to blend it with the tone of the surrounding skin and reduce its visibility. The treatment can only be performed on stable, healed and fully mature scars, generally at least 10-12 months after surgery.

Only sterile, hypoallergenic, bio-resorbable pigments certified at European level under the REACH regulation are used, free of toxic heavy metals. They are formulated to be gradually processed by the body: the colour therefore tends to fade naturally and evenly over time, without shifting towards unnatural shades such as the blue, green or red typical of old tattoos.

An unnatural look or excessive swelling generally results from outdated techniques or an overdose of product. Modern injection techniques aim to redefine the lip contour, correct any asymmetries and deeply hydrate the tissue, respecting the anatomical proportions of the face. Biostimulation is not a volumising treatment but a regenerative therapy against skin ageing. It consists of superficial micro-injections on the face, neck, décolleté or hands of a compound based on free hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and biomimetic peptides. These substances do not alter facial volumes; they hydrate the skin and stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, helping to improve texture, firmness and radiance.

Any incision through the dermis leaves a mark, but intradermal plastic suturing techniques and ultra-fine surgical threads reduce tension on the wound edges and place the stitches inside the skin, making them not visible from the outside. The patient is then followed through post-operative dressings, with guidance (silicone gel, massage, sun protection) that helps make the scar thinner and less visible over time.
