Dr Simona Peretti is a physician and surgeon, specialist in Geriatrics. She works in private clinical and outpatient practice and as a specialist consultant at the MediSport Center clinics in Perugia (San Sisto) and Città della Pieve (Po’ Bandino).

Optimisation and simplification of treatment in patients taking many medicines at the same time, to reduce the risk of harmful interactions, side effects and therapeutic duplications.
- Major geriatric syndromes
Integrated management of complex problems such as postural instability and fall prevention, osteoporosis, incontinence, sleep disorders, and bone and muscle frailty (sarcopenia).
- Healthy ageing
In collaboration with the centre’s sport science and nutrition team, preventive programmes aimed at preserving functional reserve, including in healthy individuals or in the early geriatric phase.
