Physician and surgeon with expertise in diagnostic ultrasound and in REMS bone densitometry for osteoporosis screening. He works in private practice at the MediSport Center clinics in Perugia (San Sisto) and Città della Pieve (Po’ Bandino), where he coordinates the Diagnostic Imaging service and the bone health clinic.
He works closely with the Gynaecology, Geriatrics and Sport Science departments, providing non-invasive diagnostic assessment for sports traumatology as well as for the prevention and treatment of bone fragility in women and the elderly.

- Musculoskeletal and joint ultrasound
Real-time diagnosis of muscle injuries, tendinopathies (Achilles tendon, rotator cuff), sprains, bursitis and joint effusions, particularly in athletes.
- Arterial and venous colour Doppler ultrasound
Examination of the supra-aortic trunks (carotid arteries) and lower-limb Doppler for venous insufficiency, varicose veins and prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
- Complete abdominal and thyroid ultrasound
